Tim has been around since the early days of American Metro. Starting as a salesman in 1982, he has been instrumental in growing this business into the nationwide success it is today. As dedicated to the customers as he is to the business, he purchased the company in 1987, thus ensuring anyone with a point of sale need would receive the products and services they required.

Nadya is the head of the credit card division of American Metro, American Metro Payment Systems.

Warren is the front line sales/support person for the retail point of sale software package known as AIMsi. In additional to his expertise with golf course solutions, his knowledge of AIMsi has extended to working with firearms stores, liquor stores, car washes, hobby shops and more. Any retail environment where sales, inventory management, customer maintenance, scheduling, gift cards and loyalty cards are prevalent, Warren is ready to help you.

There are few people in the field with more experience and knowledge of Point of Sale equipment than Steve. A true expert in the scope of programming and service, he also is a consultant for research and development of new and current POS systems.

As head of the rental crew, Jake is a master of large scale event set-up, service and tear-down. He is always looking for efficient solutions to the logistical aspects of event management. With a broad knowledge base of register and credit card workings, and a keen ability to troubleshoot, you can feel confident with Jake as your on-site support technician.

Mike is a welcome addition to the American Metro team. He attended Brown Institute and graduated with a BA. He spent 12 years with Sweda International as a service tech, before moving on to General POS for 8 years and then CRS for 16 years. Today he leads the retail service and repair department.

Scott comes to American Metro with a background in advertising sales. This gives him an aptitude for getting inside the mind of his clients and really figuring out what they need to make their event run flawlessly. Focusing on large events like mall kiosks, festivals and conventions is a tall order. Fortunately, he’s got the height for it.

After spending 11 years in the print and marketing industry, Bryan brought his expertise to American Metro. Now he spearheads marketing and graphics projects including generating website and blog content, product brochures and customer training videos and cheat sheets.

Jana enjoys working with customers in every part of their point of sale journey with a special emphasis on programming. Having worked at CRS, Inc for 17 ½ years, she is focused on providing continued support to current customers and reaching out to find new ones.

Josh focuses his attention to detail on maintaining the inventory for the credit card side of the company. He is responsible for preparing credit card terminals for customers and assigning wireless routers to events. Josh also verifies that all equipment returning from an event is accounted for and in working order.

Ashley assists the staff by initiating and maintaining project workflow within the rental division. She is the liaison for gathering customer data when setting up merchant accounts for credit card processing. Ashley also plays a key roll in customer service concerning credit card terminals.

John’s experience in the cash register and point of sale arena is unrivaled. Beginning in 1968, with the NCR Corporation, he has seen the complete evolution of this technology. John’s expertise is in the hospitality and general retail marketplace. He has been directly involved with the most successful businesses of our kind.
When it comes to managing rental events, Charlie has his eye on the big picture, and his hands in the details. He excels at organizing the details necessary to make rentals happen on-time, intact and ready to operate right out of the box.

Pete has been in the point of sale industry since 1976. Starting in the parts department, he moved into service coordination and administrative work. He joined the American Metro team in June of 2015 to support the growing retail division. Pete spends his free time involved with his church choir and Easter dramas. He is also a Civil War re-enactor and has been in three movies as a Civil War soldier.
