iPad Rental Pricing Example:

Pricing is based on a weekend event.  For example:  Equipment is picked up or shipped out arriving 2 days prior to the event & is dropped off at our office or has been shipped or picked up by our LTL carrier within 2 days after your event end date.

What do you charge to download specific apps?

Depends.  Apps like Eventbrite, Swap, Onsite by EventMobi, cvent & many others are free.  Just let us know what you need & we will download them prior to arrival.

Need a full POS with inventory, reporting & lots of great features?  Lightspeed Retail X starts at just $89.  Lightspeed also has integrated cc processing.   Open it for a day, a week or for a year, there are never any long-term contracts.

We do all of the programming for you.  Lightspeed is fully customizable & has fantastic reporting features too.

Are the iPads in stands?  Does that cost more?

All of our iPads come in a super sturdy stand for no additional charge.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is calculated using current UPS or LTL Freight Rates.

Do you charge extra for insurance?

No.  We do not charge extra for equipment insurance.

Do you offer On-Site Support?

Absolutely.  Rates start at just $750 per day.  No minimum.  Need us for just one day to set up & train your staff?  No problem.  Need us there the entire event?  We do that too.
